RFP-527-12 - Willet Demolition and Parking Lot

Summary of Specifications:
The project consists of the demolition of two 3-story buildings and the construction of an approximately 17,000 square-foot paved parking lot, including structural embankment fill, retaining walls, through roadway and aisle connections, storm water management system, sidewalks, guardrail system, and landscaping. 

The project is expected to start on October 8, 2012 and be completed no later than November 30, 2012.
