925-21P - Student Case Management System

Colorado Mountain College’s Central Services located at 802 Grand Ave., Glenwood Springs, CO is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals for solutions to more effectively receive, manage and track reports of student concerns and student conduct issues.
Primarily we are searching for a reporting and case management solution that allows students, employees, and the public to submit reports of various concerns and the institution to efficiently manage reports through automated workflows, dashboards, communication tools, tracking and reporting. Types of reports and concerns to be managed include but are not limited to student early alert including academic concerns, wellbeing and engagement, care and concern for student, misconduct and code of conduct violations, Title IX, VAWA and Clery capabilities.
