Summary of Specifications:
Colorado Mountain College’s Rifle Campus located at 3695 Airport Road, Rifle, CO is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to design/build and install a 10 ton Carrier Aquasnap Chiller model #30RAP0106S-08F04 or equivalent to or better than using three (3) way valves to interconnect into the existing 90 ton system using the same pumps and building piping. The purpose of this is to use the smaller chiller for when the load is less. Chiller has to have low ambient kit on it. All piping to be insulated with 2" fiberglass insulation and all exterior piping will have aluminum shield the College will provide concrete pad, electrical and controls. Construction time frame is approximately October, 21st 2016 to January, 1st, 2017. All Addendums and required additional documents will be posted to www.coloradomtn.edu/purchasing -> Bids RFP RFI RFQ tab. Check this site only for documents added after the RFP is posted. These will not post to the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing Site. Bid responses must be submitted prior to close on Rocky Mountain E-Procurement System.
