Colorado Mountain College’s Leadville Campus located at 901 S. Hwy 24, Leadville, CO 80461 is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to repave the parking lot and driveway at the campus.

 SPECIFICATIONS
• Approximately 26,000 square feet, final measurements to be confirmed by the contractor.
• Pricing to include milling existing asphalt and to tie into concrete flatwork.
• 4” av asphalt paving.
• All work shall be performed to the State of Colorado specifications.

 TIMELINE
Project to begin as soon as weather allows. Work MUST be completed prior to June 30, 2021.
