Colorado Mountain College desires to obtain general information about products available for Human Capital Management Systems (“HRIS”) that integrates with Ellucian Colleague. Although HRIS is the priority of this RFI, the College is also secondarily interested in learning about Financial Management modules. This is an information request, not binding on the submitter or the College. No contract award will be made as a result of this request. This RFI is being sought strictly for the purpose of gaining knowledge of services and offerings available and should not be construed as intent, commitment, or promise to acquire the services offered. The College reserves the right to reject all submissions, withdraw, modify or discontinue this endeavor, revise schedule of critical events or seek additional respondents.
Human Resources Scope: The College is looking in to the following functionalities and modules: Payroll, Year-End Forms Processing, Human Capital Management (HRIS), General HR Processes, Time and Attendance, Leave Administration, Compensation Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Reporting, Employee LMS, Manage Equal Pay Act and other regulations, possible onboarding and benefit options and any other functionality included herein.
Financial interests: The College is preliminarily interested in the following functionalities and modules: General Ledger, Fund Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Billing, Budget Preparation, Budget Forecasting, Fixed Asset Management, Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Cost Accounting, and Grant Administration.
