Colorado Mountain College’s Leadville Campus located at 901 South Hwy. 24, Leadville, CO is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to remove and replace heating valves for 85 rooms with 78 Siemen’s SSCR81U 2-Way Zone Valve, 1/2" Valve Size, Field Adjustable and seven 3 way valves ½”. Bid Brand or "Equivalent to or better than" product. If providing a different specified product provide as much detail as possible and links if available.

All system glycol removed must be saved and reinstalled and the system brought up to 40%
Please include in your bid time frame to install 1 Zone Valve to allow us to build a schedule.
