Colorado Mountain College would like to purchase 2,100 copies of " No Barriers: A Blind Man's Journey to Kayak the Grand Canyon for the SP17 Leadville graduation and the 17-18 Common Read. The ISBN number for this book is ISBN: 978-1-250-08878-9. The publisher is Dunne/St. Martins. The purchase of these books will follow with three talks at CMC by Erik Weihenmayer. One in May at the Leadville Campus Commencement ceremony and two in March 2018 as a part of CMC’s 50th Common Reader program.
500 of the books will need to be shipped to the Leadville Campus to the attention Rachel Pokrandt in April 2017; 1,600 of the books need to be purchased, warehoused and shipped to additional campuses (see document at www.coloradomtn.edu/purhcasing for details) in October of 2017. The bid must include all shipping and warehousing charges.
The purchase of all 2,100 books needs to occur by Tuesday, January 31, 2017; warehousing 1,600 until October, 2017.
