Summary of Specifications:
In late 2011 Colorado Mountain College relocated its central services administration building across the street to 802 Grand Avenue. The building that formerly headquartered the college’s administration is for sale. An independent appraisal submitted to the college by High Country Appraisal Associates estimated the value at $1,800,000. The property was listed by Vicki Lee Green realtor Bonnie Daniels for $1,695,000 in August of 2011. The listing is set to expire on November 5, 2012 at which time the college may elect to list with the same or a different agent if the property has not sold. This solicitation is not an indication of dissatisfaction with our current real estate professional, rather the college periodically takes service agreements out to bid.
