929-21P - Bristol Hall Repairs and Sidewalk Replacement

Colorado Mountain College’s Steamboat Springs Campus located at 1275 Crawford Ave, Steamboat
Springs, CO is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to perform certain sitework and
foundation work at Bristol Hall and surrounding areas.

 SPECIFICATIONS
Sidewalk Replacement:
• Excavate, prep, roadbase, backfill and fiber 4000# or better concrete sidewalk.
• Dimensions – Length 761’ +/-, 5’ wide, 5” thick.
• 356’ +/- drain pan around the upper two parts of sidewalk.
• Expansion Joints 4’
• Handicap usage, no curb.
• 6 Solar LED Traffic crosswalk signs.
• Please see attached photo and Solar LED Sign Install Guide.

Helical Piles:
• Work to be completed as described on Slab Replacement Drawings prepared by
Steamboat Engineering and Design, Inc. and dated March 11, 2021.
Pavers:
• Work to be completed as described on Slab Replacement Drawings prepared by
Steamboat Engineering and Design, Inc. and dated March 11, 2021.

 TIMELINE
Project to being May 1, 2021 or sooner (weather permitting). Completion must occur prior to June 25,
2021.
