CMU 2809 - Performing Arts Expansion and Renovation

The Board of Trustees of Colorado Mesa University for the benefit and use of Colorado Mesa University (CMU) is seeking a qualified Architect to provide design services for the Performing Arts Renovation and Expansion Project located on the CMU Campus in Grand Junction Colorado. The Moss Performing Arts Building was constructed in 1968 and is approximately 74,500 sf.
Currently, the Performing Arts Building houses CMU’s Department of Theatre Arts and Music programs; the University anticipates the facility to be occupied during construction. The goal of the project is to address safety, accessibility, and code compliancy issues while addressing space utilization by increasing the capacity to accommodate additional students, staff, and community members.
