The Wubben Health Sciences Building is located at Colorado Mesa University, 1316 Maverick Way, Grand Junction Colorado. The existing roof has five sections of roof that are referred to in the construction documents as roof decks 1-5. Existing roof conditions vary from concrete/metal deck with 3” of ISO Foam and a 45 mil Ballasted EPDM membrane to metal deck with 0.5” of fiber insulation board and a fully adhered EPDM roof membrane to concrete deck with 0.5” of wood fiber insulation board and a 45 mil ballasted EPDM roof membrane. All roof decks are considered structurally flat.
The contractor chosen to perform the work will have access to the building beginning Saturday, May 18, 2024, and must complete the work on or before Monday, August 5, 2024.
