ADDENDUM 5 - CDOT has a sediment control program in which various sediment control features have been implemented to address highway-related water quality issues. The implementation of this program requires an associated annual maintenance program to adequately maintain these features. CDOT is soliciting for bids for removal of sand from sediment basins, around bridges, road shoulders and barrow ditches along specific hightway corridors, and disposal in CDOT-designated or privately-owned sites.

In order to submit a bid, vendors will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid walk through on 9/22/25. Registration deadline for this meeting is Thursday, 9/18/25 5 p.m. Please refer to section E.iii of IFB 25-101 LM R3 Sediment Control I-70 for the complete information.

Bidder is required to return all of the documents shown in Section C of IFB 25-101 LM R3 Sediment Control I-70 Solicitation via BidNet, as an attachment to their submittal.
