The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), Office of Transportation Safety (OTS), Risk Management Department, is seeking a vendor to provide an online platform for monitoring and maintaining the driving records of employees that drive State of Colorado (the “State”) fleet vehicles and CDOT owned vehicles (CDOT Drivers), including Commercial Driver’s Licensed (CDL) drivers. The purpose of this solicitation is to manage the risk(s) associated with CDOT Drivers and to reduce CDOT’s administrative burden of manually tracking and managing CDOT Driver(s)’ licensing, requirements, and compliance.
