Qualified General Contractors (GCs) are invited to bid on the construction of a new 3,520 square foot pre-engineered metal building Sand Shed in La Veta, CO. The Sand Shed shall be a 44’ x 80’ structure with 4-foot concrete stem walls and a pre-engineered metal building wall and roof structure above. Site work shall include concrete slab and foundation demolition, asphalt demolition, grading, asphalt paving, concrete paving, and pouring new concrete drain pans to connect to existing site drainage.
