Description

On behalf of the State of Colorado, is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the Colorado Department of Transportation's (Department's) consideration to satisfy a need for Administrative Hearing Services for CDOT's Automated Speed Safety Enforcement Program ("Program") that complies with the State Administrative Procedure Act and shall apply to administrative hearings under 2 CCR 601-27. These duties shall include conducting adjudication activities related to the Program in accordance with C.R.S. § 42-4-110.5 and 2 CCR 601-27.
