DQ 23-138 TM - Hazmat Highway Cleanup

The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is requiring services for statewide emergency response to highway spills, resulting from incidents or accidents within or along highway rights of way and within CDOT facilities.  These services are required to be on a 24/7/365 basis.  CDOT is also requiring services for homeless camp cleanup and roadside pickup for materials that could pose a threat to human health and the environment.  Additionally, CDOT will be requiring training of CDOT staff and other State agencies in the areas of emergency response, care control and custody of the roadway during response, chemical handling, Traffic Incident Management (TIM) incident command & management protocol, and other roadway safety matters that may be presented.
