It is the intent of this specification to describe a bulk storage tank for chemical deicing products. All components of the bulk storage tank shall be of proper design to safely withstand maximum stresses imposed under normal CDOT use. Any attachments, accessories, or other components normally furnished as standard equipment and necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the bulk storage tank shall be furnished.
