Selected firm will evaluate the needs, best methods, and code requirements to perform the approved upgrades within the project budget. The project is a re-roofing, single phase project of our administration building that is fully occupied M-F 0730-1800. Professional services will include survey and evaluations of existing conditions, presentation of recommendations, development of specifications and bid documents, and construction administration. The owner will select a single firm to be the prime for all trades, specialties, and phases of the project.
Minimum Requirements for this project include a license to practice Architecture or Engineering in Colorado, and completion of projects of similar scope and complexity and experience with Higher Education projects.
