Description

Replacement of existing windows and doors in an unoccupied building on the Lowry Campus. The project includes the removal of existing windows that are mostly original to the building built in 1953 by the Airforce. We know the there is asbestos and lead in portions of the window system and adjacent walls. The owner is concurrently seeking bids from abatement contractor to work alongside the window installation. More details will be discussed in pre-bid walkthrough.
