The overall project is to replace the existing windows and doors in an unoccupied building on the Lowry Campus. This portion of the project is the abatement of known asbestos and lead in and around the window and door systems. We know there is asbestos and lead in portions of the window system and adjacent walls. The owner is concurrently seeking bids from glazing contractors to work alongside the abatement contractors. More details will be discussed in pre-bid walkthrough.
