Summary of Specifications:
The work intended under this RFP is to support planning and conceptual design to achieve multiple objectives and maximize community‐wide benefit by further defining and developing prioritized watershed master plan projects, by developing a 30% design, supporting documents, and data for the Big Thompson Watershed in the following project areas: 1) Glen Haven Area; 2) Drake Area; 3) Lower Canyon Area; and 4) Loveland Area.
