REDI-22-312 - Blake Street Electric Distribution Line Upgrade

The City of Wray (Wray) has scheduled the line rebuild of approximately 1.8-miles of Wray’s East Feeder. The line begins
at the intersection of 6th Street and the alley between Blake Street and Adams Street and ends at the intersection of Blake
Street and County Road 33.6.

The project involves the following: wood poles, distribution overhead, distribution underground, and removal of existing
facilities. Energized distribution work is required as necessary.

Additional contractor responsibilities include but are not limited to coordination of site access, private property access
permission, coordination of planned distribution outages, coordination of utility locates, and damage repair.

Wray will administer the construction contract and therefore be referred to as “Owner” in the construction contract
documents. Wray will process contractor invoices and require invoicing per bid units.

The mandatory pre-construction meeting will be conducted prior to commencing construction. Construction is scheduled
to commence upon contractor availability and complete April 30, 2026.

The materials for the project are Owner furnished, therefore bids shall include the labor and equipment necessary for
construction. Material will be available for pickup at Wray’s warehouse located at 150 Ash Street, Wray, CO 80758. The
contractor is responsible for material after checkout and procuring a secure material staging location.
