In general, the successful bidder will make improvements to Woodland Park City Hall located at 220 West South Avenue, Woodland Park, CO, 80863. Submitted prices are to include all charges for design,administration, labor, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, delivery, unloading, insurance, permits, and equipment necessary to supply the service as listed within this Request for Proposal (RFP). All work will be in accordance with all applicable codes and standards or practice.

Please review attached RFP documents.
Design plans must be reviewed and approved by Pikes Peak Regional Building Department.
Contractor shall obtain permits and pay all applicable fees.

Parts of project working hours shall be from 5 PM - 8 AM Mountain Time
