The solicitation terms and conditions will be reviewed and discussed at this time. Interested Bidders will attend a pre-proposal conference and inspection of two elevators. A bid for these specific elevators will be a required attachment to this IFB.

Bids submitted for locations on which the scheduled walk-through inspection has not been performed will be considered as non-responsive and rejected.
