The work shall consist of placing an application of a cover coat material (Hot Chip Seal) after the application of a standard Chip Seal or an existing Chip Seal.
The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, mobilization, traffic control, environmental protection, raised markers, demobilization, and incidentals necessary to provide the chip seal/hot chip seal. Traffic control will not be paid separately but shall be included in the bid prices. All workmanship and materials shall conform to the specifications contained herein.
