Description

The City of Steamboat Springs (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms and/or an individual to adjudicate licensing complaints regarding Short-Term Rental Licenses.

The Hearings Officer will be an independent contractor appointed by and serving at the pleasure of the City Council. Compensation shall be determined by the City Council. The successful candidate will enter into an independent contractor services agreement with the City. The City Manager shall administer the contract. The Hearings Officer shall act independently of the office of the City Manager in carrying out the duties of the office.
