The City of Rifle is accepting bids to purchase one (1) Toro Dingo TX 1000 or an approved alternate. The unit must be new with a full manufacturer’s warranty on all components. All deliveries must be coordinated with the Parks and Recreation Director prior to delivery of the equipment. Delivery must take place between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday.
Any catalog, brand name, or manufacturer’s reference in this bid is meant to be descriptive and not restrictive; and is intended to indicate type and quality levels desired for comparison purposes unless otherwise stated herein but should not be deemed to preclude any vendor from bidding who can otherwise meet specifications. All products offered must be new and of current manufacture. No items of a demonstrator, leased, reconditioned, rebuilt, repossessed, or used nature will be considered. The City of Rifle reserves the right to make the final determination if a product is equivalent to the brand specified. Additionally, the City of Rifle reserves the right to wave minor irregularities as determined by the City. Minor irregularities will not affect the product/performance intended by the specifications.
