Description

The City of Rifle is initiating a Comprehensive Plan Reconfirmation and Land Use and Development Code Update Process. The 2019 Comprehensive Plan is due to be reviewed, and the Land Use and Development Code needs to better align with the current community’s vision and goals. This project will include extensive public engagement both to inform and to listen. It is anticipated that the total project will be completed within 18 months of project award. It is anticipated that the selected consultant will have a presence in the Rifle community throughout the length of the project at public meetings, community events, stakeholder meetings, feedback sessions, and other data gathering efforts.
