General Requirements: ● Contractor must provide routine janitorial services as outlined below. ● All cleaning staff must pass a background check. ● Staff cleaning the Police Department and City Hall must be Criminal Justice Information Services-compliant; training will be provided by the City. ● Contractor is responsible for notifying the Administrative Assistant when cleaning supplies or toiletries are low and coordinating restocking orders. ● Contractor must maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and confidentiality while performing services at City facilities.
