IFB-25-16-FD - City of Lafayette: Type 1 Ambulance

The City of Lafayette Fire Department is soliciting information for an ambulance from multiple manufacturers. The City of Lafayette’s intention is to mimic a 2018 AEV module that is currently in-service. Bidders are welcome to schedule a site visit to explore this unit in preparation of their respective proposals. The specifications contained herein are designed to allow the fire department to compare submittals based on the requirements of the ambulance as determined by the department. The bidder should understand that the Fire Department will work with the successful bidder to more fully detail the ambulance with additional options prior to execution of contract. In order to facilitate a fair evaluation process bidders should attempt to submit a quote that mimics the specifications herein as closely as possible.
