Bids shall be submitted on attached bid form (Exhibit A) on a price per hour and day rate that includes contractor’s overhead, profit, mobilization, work trucks, insurance, fuel, and all other incidental tools, small equipment (including plate compaction wacker) necessary for the work, and applicable fees.
