The contract will require painting on city streets approximately 225,000 LF of long lines, 13,000 SF of cross walks, 15,640 LF of parking spaces, 21,000 LF of street curbs, 25 handicap parking spaces, 15 arrow symbols, and 225 bike symbols. Crosswalks will need to be refreshed 1 week before the first day of school on August 22th, 2022.

Sealed or emailed bids will be accepted until 1:30 PM on March 24, 2022. Sealed bids, clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with “2022 Street and Pavement Marking”, may be mailed to the City of Gunnison, Public Works Department, 1100 W. Virginia Ave, Gunnison, CO 81230. Electronic bids, with “2022 Street and Pavement Marking” in the subject line, may be emailed to ctusing@gunnisonco.gov. No late bids will be accepted. The City of Gunnison will select the Bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
