The City is requesting proposals for a benefits broker. The Golden Human Resources department supports 281 benefit eligible employees with an 80% enrollment rate in our medical plan. We are a self-funded medical plan and currently offer three different medical plans to our employees. We will utilize our broker services for our other broad benefits offerings which include dental, vision, life, critical illness, accident, disability and more.
