There will be a virtual pre-proposal meeting on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025 at 2:00pm Mountain time. This meeting will provide pertinent information about our needs and provide an opportunity for interested parties to ask questions. In an effort to provide all parties with the same information we will attempt to answer questions and follow up items in an addendum that will be posted to Bidnet. You may also email questions per the instructions above and we will try to include those. Participation in the pre-bid is highly encouraged if possible.
