The City of Fountain (the “City”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified companies to perform tree trimming and line clearance services throughout the City of Fountain Electric Service Territory.
The City is seeking to award a tree trimming and line clearance services agreement for an initial term of one (1) year, with two (2) one‐year (1‐year) extension periods at the option of the City. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible Vendor.

Include all costs associated with performing the Scope of Services described in this RFP. Submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of the Proposal to the City of Fountain Electric Utility by November 19, 2021 by 5:00 PM MST. This time and date is fixed, and extensions will not be granted. Proposal proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. Late submittals will be destroyed 30 days after the Proposal opening. Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside “Line Clearance Services Proposal E22-001”. Sealed Proposals shall be mailed or delivered to:
