Description

Agreement period: One (1) year, effective from date of execution of agreement (Mid 2021 through late 2021), with the City’s option to renew the agreement on the same terms for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. The City shall not be required to provide “cause” or any reason whatsoever should it elect not to renew. The agreement term and all extensions thereto shall not exceed a total of three (3) years.

Due to restrictions related to the COVID‐19 pandemic, the City will not host a mandatory pre‐proposal meeting of any type. Instead, the City requires an email stating intent to participate before February 8, 2021 @ 3:00 PM MDT. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
Include all costs associated with performing the Scope of Services described in this RFP. Submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of the Proposal to the City of Fountain Electric Department by the date and time stated on the coversheet of this document. This time and date is fixed, and extensions will not be granted. Proposal proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. Late submittals will be destroyed 30 days after the Proposal opening. Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside “Line Clearance Services Proposal E21-001”.
Proposals in the form of telephone calls, facsimiles or e‐mails will not be accepted. The City does not recognize the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers in determining the date and time the Proposal was received.
It is the responsibility of the Vendor to carefully examine this RFP and any addenda, which, if issued, will be posted on the City’s website.
