COF22-RFP-ADSVC02 - Cost Allocation Study Proposal

The City of Fountain (the “City”) is soliciting Proposals from qualified companies to perform a cost allocation study for General Fund Services performed in support of various departments. This project will be focused on the costs of administrative, human resources, finance, and other support services within the general municipal organization and how those costs relate directly and indirectly to the Utility (electric and water), Ambulance, and Transportation Funds.

The City will host a mandatory pre‐proposal meeting to answer any questions. The date of the pre-proposal meeting will be at 2pm, Friday June 2,2023 and will be held virtually via TEAMS.  Potential proposers should e-mail Lexi Lee at llee@fountaincolorado.org no later than 5:00 p.m., Thursday, June 1 to get the virtual invitation.  You may also call at 1-719-322-2021 to provide contact information.

All inquiries shall be directed to the City Manager, via e-mail, at strainor@fountaincolorado.org.  Inquiries and responses will be shared with all vendors who have indicated interest in submitting.

Any unauthorized contact by the Vendor during the Proposal or proposal process with an official or city employee, other than the City Manager or their designee, shall cause the Vendor to be immediately disqualified from consideration.
  
To provide adequate response time prior to Proposal opening, all questions regarding this Request for Proposals must be submitted by the time stated on the cover sheet of this RFP. If the issue materially affects the RFP, the information will be incorporated into an addendum and posted on the City’s website.
 
No letters or correspondence will be sent notifying prospective Vendors of any modifications or clarifications to this RFP.
