Instructions to Respondents:
2.1. Bids must be submitted by or before August 31, 2020 @ 3:00 pm MDT to City of Fountain
Electric Department, Carl Christian, Deputy Utility Director, 116 S. Main St., Fountain CO, 80817.
2.2. Submittals shall be provided as follows:
2.2.1. One (1) original set and four (4) copies of bidding material excluding costs; and
2.2.2. A separate sealed envelope clearly marked “Cost Bids” containing: one (1) original and
seven (7) copies. The cost proposal must be itemized as in Exhibit J. Both shall be delivered
via mail service or hand delivery to the address outlined in Section 2.1. The City will not accept
proposals delivered electronically.
