The City of Fountain in Fountain, CO is issuing this Request For Proposals to establish a Biohazard Remediation Services Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).
The purpose of this Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is to provide on an as needed basis services for Biohazard/Trauma/Crime scene Clean-up. As requirements develop, Requests for Quotations/Proposals (RFQ/RFPs) for task orders will be issued to MATOC contract holders. Task orders will vary in size and scope and will be awarded and administered according to the City of Fountain procedures by the Strategic Partnerships Department. Services performed under this MATOC will include but not be limited to, the following general project categories: Biohazard/Trauma/Crime scene Clean-up.

- Step 1: Stay on Nelson Blvd
- Step 2: Take the 2nd exit on the round about (Still Nelson Blvd)
- Step 3: Stay on Nelson until you reach Barkeley Ave, Turn Right onto Barkeley Ave.
- Step 4: Turn Left onto Hogan Street.
- Step 5: Make your first Right turn into parking lot
Visitors can apply online for a pass from their computer or mobile device at https://pass.aie.army.mil After completing the pre-registration application by entering their information, including a U.S. driver’s license, SSN, and good contact number (capable of receiving SMS messaging), they will be notified whether their pass is approved or denied. If approved the applicant may then
present their driver’s license at the gate for scanning. If an applicant is denied, they may contact the Visitor Control Center for more information about their situation at 719-526-2332.
A sponsor is not required when applying for a pass online but does require a valid purpose for visiting Fort Carson. This could include visiting Family or friends, food delivery, medical appointment or attending a ceremony.
