The City of Fountain (the "City") is soliciting Quotations from qualified companies to perform dielectric testing, load testing, and safety inspection on a total of ten (10) City of Fountain Electric units in 2023 to be completed no later than October 31, 2023. The City is seeking to award a Di-electric Testing and Inspection Services agreement for a term of one (1) year. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor.

Include all costs associated with performing the Scope of Services described in this RFQ. Submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of the Quotation to the City of Fountain Utilities Department by August 02, 2023 by 5:00 PM MST. This time and date is fixed, and extensioins will not be granted. Quotation received after the deadline will not be considered. Late submittals will be destroyed 30 days after the Quotation opening. Quotation shall be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the outside "Di-Electric Testing & Inspection Quotation E23-001A."
