The City of Fountain is accepting proposals from contractors to provide Animal Control Services on the Fort Carson Army Garrison, in support of an Inter-Governmental Support Agreement between the City of Fountain and Fort Carson Army Post. Services will be performed on behalf of the City of Fountain, located on the Fort Carson Military Installation. Contractor must be able to perform all services and requirements as identified in EXHIBIT A Performance Work Statement of this Request for Proposal.
