The City of Fountain is inviting licensed contractors to provide construction fill multi-use trail repair and preventative maintenances services to the City’s Trail system. Provide all labor and materials, appliances, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation, and services necessary for and incidental to performing Construction Fill (CF) multi-use trail repair and preventative maintenance earthen swales, and trail transition locations located within seven (7) areas located on the City of Fountain trail system.

This IFB does not commit the City of Fountain to award a contract, to defray any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal pursuant to this IFB, or to procure our contract for work. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or any parts thereof or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid or in the bidding. The Contract award, if made, will be to the lowest responsible, responsive Bidder and is anticipated to occur within thirty (30; 02/10/24) Days after the Bid opening. The Contract award may be made after that period if the selected Bidder has not given the City written notice of the withdrawal of its Bid. The Bid will be open from January 12th, 2024.
Labeled and Sealed bids for the 2024 Trail Repair and Preventative Maintenance will be received at the offices of the City of Fountain, City Hall Clerks office, 116 S. Main St until 3pm on January 26th, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
