A one-time only, non-mandatory, Site Visit is scheduled at 1:00 pm Tuesday, September 8, 2020. Representatives from the Police and Public Works Departments will provide a brief overview of the scope of the work covered by this RFP, conduct a tour of the existing facilities, and answer questions. All are to meet in the lobby of the City Hall, 360 Main Street, Delta, Colorado. All attendees must wear face coverings over nose and mouth for the length of the tour.
There will be no other individual tours or separate information provided to respondents (other than through written e-mailed questions before the question deadline and subsequent addenda) from the City of Delta. Other than within the formal question and addenda process, DO NOT call, email or use any other form of communication with City staff or appointed or elected officials, as it is important and fair for all respondents to receive the same information at the same time.
