The City of Dacono is soliciting bids for the 2025 Chase Drain project which includes the installation of approximately 22 chase drains in the Sharpe Farms neighborhood. This project aims to address the unsightly stains, algea, and winter ice on the sidewalk left by sump pump discharge.

The project will involve the removal of one sidealk square, the installation of a chase drain per the City of Dacono standard chase drain detail, and the replacement of the concrete surrounding the chase drain for each location.

Contractors are to provide a unit price for each chase drain along with references, proof of insurance, contractor's license, and bid bonding.
