Quantity of 1 new twin leaf access hatch for a four million gallon concrete tank.

4'7" inside x 8'7" inside x 12" high curb, domed, aluminum self-flashing, twin leaf (double door) equipment hatch.
Inside/outside opening handles
Anticorrosive hold-open arms.
Padlock hasp on outside
0.125 aluminum insulated lid
0.125 aluminum self-flashing base with 4” mounting flange and 1” insulation on curb exterior.
Doors to open approximately 90 degrees.
Stainless steel or anticorrosive interior hardware.
Fully gasketed doors.
Including freight and delivery.

Remove existing hatch and install new hatch.
Bottom level of concrete must remain as there are electrical conduits running through it. Tank is for drinking water so hatch must be attached and sealed to tank in accordance with drinking water tank industry standards.
Tank can be emptied to facilitate hatch work. Contractor will be responsible for all clean up.
