#41-25 - Co-Response Platform

The City of Cañon City, Colorado, by and through its Police & IT Departments (collectively referred to herein as "the City"), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to gather proposals for a Co-Response software system to serve as a community interoperability platform, that manages collection, consent, and multidirectional sharing of PHI and PII in real-time between entities that operate under different sectors, compliances, and protocols. This software should enable automated care coordination and continuous collaboration following an individual encounter, while it is also HIPAA-, 42 CFR Part 2-, and CJIS-compliant.
