The Canon City Municipal Court of the City of Cañon City, Colorado, by and through its IT
Department (collectively referred to herein as "the City"), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP)
to gather proposals for a Court Management software system to serve as a core business
application for all Municipal Court functions. The City is also requesting information for the
integration of other municipal systems including Tyler Technologies Enterprise Public Safety
product (Computer Aided Dispatch, Law Enforcement Records Management System, Enforcement
Mobile), Single-Sign On through Active Directory, and a potential external payment processor as
part of the overall system. This RFP also requests proposals include implementation of the
software system. The City is requesting that existing data is converted from its legacy system to
the proposed Court Management software system.
