This proposed Project will reconstruct the public alley in the 400 block between Main Street and Royal Gorge Boulevard / US HWY 50. This reconstruction includes excavation of existing asphalt and concrete surfaces with subgrade, and the installation of approximately 475 SY of 12’ wide, 6” thick, concrete pavement; construction of 6” thick concrete pavement tie-ins, removal and reconstruction of curb and gutter, driveway, sidewalks, and all other items incidental for completion.
