REP/CSBG 2024/11.08.2023 - REP/CSBG 2024/11.08.2023 - Community Services Block Grant

The City and County of Denver (City) through the Resource Engagement and Prevention (REP) Division with Denver Human Services (DHS) is seeking proposals from qualified agencies and organizations to help address the needs of Denver’s low-income residents, as identified through the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Community Needs Assessment. Using federal funds, the City is seeking proposals for services and supports to alleviate the causes and conditions of poverty through the following areas:

•    Reducing barriers to employment; 
•    Providing housing stabilization services; and
•    Providing supportive services, including benefits navigation, technology access, digital navigation support, and linking families and individuals to supportive services.

The total funding available for award through this Request for Proposals (RFP) is not to exceed $707,000. The City intends to execute contracts with multiple awardees and reserves the right to negotiate all final contract amounts. The anticipated initial contract term is February 1, 2024  December 31, 2024, with the possibility of subsequent extensions that will be contingent on need, performance, and availability of funds.
