The City and County of Denver through the Financial Services Division and the Family and Adult Assistance Division under Denver Human Services (DHS) is seeking proposals from qualified agencies and organizations to conduct an internal study (the “Study”) that collects, assesses, and analyzes data relating to DHS cost and performance associated with administering six public assistance benefit programs (the “PAB Programs”) for the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) and Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF). Specifically, the PAB Programs included in the study are as follows: Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Medical Assistance (Health First Colorado, Colorado’s Medicaid Program), Colorado Works – Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Aid to the Needy and Disabled (AND), Old Age Pension (OAP), and Long-Term Care Services (LTC).
Total funding available under this Request for Proposals (RFP) is up to approximately $350,000.00. The City intends to execute contracts commencing on December 1, 2022 and ending May 31, 2023. Based on the contractor’s ability to provide the required services in accordance with the enclosed Scope of Work, selected program(s) may be eligible for multiple year, extended contracts contingent on performance and availability of funding. In all cases the City and County of Denver and DHS reserve the right to negotiate all contract amounts.
